Pocket Protector Inc (“PP”), is a software company that makes available to certain users certain software, including a telegram trading bot that enables users to (a) swap assets pursuant to quotes provided by independent third party providers; (b) trade perpetual swaps on the dYdX protocol; and (c) store digital assets in third party integrated wallet software; and (d) additional functionality that may be added to the Telegram bot (“Bot”) from time to time.

Before using the Bot you should review the documentation available on this site, the PP Terms of Use, the dYdX Terms of Use and the dYdX Privacy Policy and make sure you accept all the risks of swapping or trading digital assets or perpetuals. You should also ensure you understand how the dYdX protocol works. You can access the dYdX protocol through a variety of interfaces and each interface presents separate fees and risks.

THE PERPETUAL SMART CONTRACTS ON THE DYDX PROTOCOL MAY NOT BE USED IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA OR BY ANY RESTRICTED PERSON IN A RESTRICTED TERRITORY (AS DEFINED IN THE DYDX TERMS OF USE).

Your use of the Bot and the dYdX protocol involves various risks, including, but not limited to, risks inherent to cryptographic systems and blockchain-based networks, and losses due to network services, bugs, the fluctuation of prices of tokens and other assets underlying derivatives contracts and swaps.

THE BOT AND THE DYDX PROTOCOL (THE “SOFTWARE”) IS EXPERIMENTAL AND IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS” AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ALL FUNDS, THE RISK OF BUGS, ERRORS, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT UNAVAILABILITY OF UNDERLYING INFRASTRUCTURE, FAILURE OF HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND INTERNET CONNECTIONS, THE RISK OF MALICIOUS SOFTWARE INTRODUCTION, HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND SECURITY RISKS. YOU ACCEPT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, FAILURES, DISRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DISTORTIONS, DEFECTS OR DELAYS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER CAUSED. THE DYDX PROTOCOL AND ENTITIES IN THE DYDX ECOSYSTEM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS, AND TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU. ANY USE WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

You may be charged fees to swap or bridge or trade digital assets or perpetuals. Those fees may change at any time without notice. You may also incur fees from the third party providers the Bot uses for swaps. Although the Bot endeavours to provide an estimate of applicable fees, the actual fees paid may vary. In connection with the spot swap functionality you understand that the swap rates and prices for digital assets are estimates only and may change. PP shall not be held liable for and you forever release PP from any losses or other liabilities arising from an inaccurate estimate of fees or price provided in connection with any use of the Bot.
